Every room that you enter has its own aura, which is given by exclusive furnishing, architectural highlights and projects by the artistic- and cultural elite centres of Linz, such as the Brucknerhaus, Ars Electronica Center, Landestheater, Kunstuniversität, Lentos, Landesmuseum and the Offenes Kulturhaus. The rooms offer a view of the new Town Hall, Bernaschek Park, the Schlossberg or the Spitz’s quiet inner courtyard.

STANDARD ROOMS
The comfortable standard rooms (for single or double occupancy) offer the opportunity to gain an impressive insight into the artistic- and cultural projects of the ARS ELECTRONICA CENTER, BRUCKNERHAUS, LANDESTHEATER, KUNSTUNIVERSITÄT, LENTOS and the  LANDESMUSEUM. Architectural highlights and design elements accompany the guest in all of the rooms. Flooded with light and a view of the new Town Hall or the quiet inner courtyard, it is all an invitation to stay. Cosy reading niches in the hotel’s oriels, windows between the bathroom and bedroom, and spacious work corners create a unique spatial feeling in all of the rooms.

STUDIO
The comfortable, spacious studios are furnished with exclusive design elements. The cosy reading corner, the bathtub or the Rainshow’r in the glass cube invite one to relax. Accompanied by the manifold and precious art objects and installations from the cultural centres of Linz, every room is different in its individual, artistic design. Without relinquishing architectural details and design, a studio suitable for the disabled has been furnished on the first floor.

SUITE
The sleeping area in the 45m² suite is on the courtyard side, the living room has a view of the treetops in Bernaschek Park. There is a bathtub and Rainshow’r in the bathroom area, a cosy combined seating element, the most modern technology (additional flat screen) and special design elements offer space to work or relax.

APARTMENTS
The living- and sleeping areas can be separated by an unobtrusive sliding element in all of the apartments. Through an additional flat screen, respectively, a separate WC/bath, the apartments are excellent for a longer stay, but above all also for meetings (four persons) and smaller workshops. One of the apartments offers additional space through a large terrace that can also be booked for events. Art from the ARS ELECTRONICA CENTER and the LANDESMUSEUM accompanies the guest in these rooms.

LONG STAY ROOMS
The Long Stay Rooms are intended above all for guests who wish to remain in Linz over a longer period, and are accordingly furnished with a small cooking area and microwave. The rooms, which are noted for their special architecture, give one a view of the Danube, the Schlossmuseum or the new Town Hall. The bathrooms are spacious and also offer a view of the bed-living room.
